7 And the wall that was without over against the chambers, toward the utter court on the forepart of the chambers, the length thereof was fifty cubits.
8 For the length of the chambers that were in the utter court was fifty cubits: and, lo, before the temple were an hundred cubits.

7 As for the outer wall by the side of the chambers, toward the outer court facing the chambers, its length was fifty cubits.
8 For the length of the chambers which were in the outer court was fifty cubits; and behold, the length of those facing the temple was a hundred cubits.

ז וְגָדֵר אֲשֶׁר-לַחוּץ לְעֻמַּת הַלְּשָׁכוֹת, דֶּרֶךְ הֶחָצֵר הַחִצוֹנָה אֶל-פְּנֵי הַלְּשָׁכוֹת--אָרְכּוֹ, חֲמִשִּׁים אַמָּה.
ח כִּי-אֹרֶךְ הַלְּשָׁכוֹת, אֲשֶׁר לֶחָצֵר הַחִצוֹנָה--חֲמִשִּׁים אַמָּה; וְהִנֵּה עַל-פְּנֵי הַהֵיכָל, מֵאָה אַמָּה.

Determination of a wall length of 50 cubits. This wall appears because the level of the service entrance door is below the level of the inner court. This verse was one of the most difficult to understand in Ezekiel's prophecy.
